This document should answer any questions I have about your business, goals, customers, motivations and challenges and give me all the info I need to write outstanding copy. We will also conduct phone interviews/virtual calls so I can gain clarity where needed and ensure you’re 110% happy with the finished project.

Step #2: Receive your quote
I’ll use the information you’ve provided and put together a quote then email it to you within 24 hours.
Step #3: Have a chat
We’ll have a briefing call on Zoom or WhatsApp that lasts between 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of your project. Together, we will work through a series of detailed questions designed to get all the information I need about you and your business including your background, your service or product, your message and your audience.
Step #4: I get to work!
I’ll conduct thorough research and then start writing the first drafts of your project. These will be delivered to you by the agreed time. With decades of experience as a professional copywriter, I’ve likely written something similar in the past which can really help speed up the learning curve (and save you money!).
Step #5: You get your copy
Once I’ve finished my in-depth research, conducted interviews and completed my writing, I’ll send it directly to your inbox for you to review.
Step #6: Revisions
Everything I write gets one round of revisions or amendments to ensure the copy perfectly meets my clients’ needs. If requested, I’ll make these revisions then promptly deliver the final copy to you. I’ll also send you your final invoice at the same time.
You do! Once your project is complete and I have received full payment, all rights for the copy are 100% yours.
Yes, I’m more than happy to sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) if required. Either way, you can trust me totally when I write for you- I’m constantly exposed to confidential and private information and will never share anything without your prior consent.
